We offer an unconditional 7-day satisfaction guarantee, starting on the purchase date, as required by consumer protection law for digital products.

2. How to request a refund

To request a refund, send an email to maximizedigitall@gmail.com within the 7-day period, including:

• Full name of the buyer;
• Email used for the purchase;
• Order/transaction number;
• Reason for the refund request (optional).

3. Processing time

After the request is approved, the refund is processed within up to 7 business days. The credit may appear on your statement within 1 to 2 billing cycles, depending on your card issuer.

4. Refund method

The refund is issued through the same payment method used at checkout.

5. Requests after 7 days

Refund requests made after the 7-day guarantee period will be reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed.
